Stratosphere, a four piece fusion-rock/worldbeat group featuring Shawn Kail from the Jimmy D. Lane group on Bass; Guitar extraordinaire Randy Zellers, a master of textures and colors; Keith McGee, one of the Funkiest hitting drummers in the Midwest; and Joseph Peck, Steel Drums and Percussion (crazy wacky pan).
Stratosphere’s sound is an original twist of grooves and jams that are tastefully, yet boldy layered with rich and thick harmonic textures, intriguing melodies and on occasion vocal landscapes. This highly skilled improvisational group mixes sounds from around the globe in a completely fresh and new approach.
